Connor McCullough - PGA Connor has been a golf professional for over 11 years and a dedicated PGA Associate since 2022. Originally from Bedford, New Hampshire, he played collegiately at the University of New Hampshire before spending five years on Nantucket Island, where he led a standout junior program and specialized in private instruction. Most recently, he coached at Virginia Country Club in Long Beach, working alongside elite pros like Patrick Cantlay, Nelly Korda, and Lilia Vu, under the mentorship of Jamie Mulligan, 2021 PGA Coach of the Year. Connor brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to coaching, helping every student grow their game with confidence and clarity, and is excited to be part of the Four Wood team.
Max Hilty Max has been a golf professional for 12 years and is a speed training specialist - helping you hit the ball further! Since graduating from the PGA Management Program, Max has worked as a golf and fitness coach throughout the country at various high-end private clubs including TPC Las Colinas and The Maroon Creek Club in Aspen Colorado. Growing up as a highly competitive multi-sport athlete, Max has a deep understanding of the impact a coach can have on not only their student’s athletic development, but overall life in general. In his previous coaching roles, Max developed a highly successful speed training program that helped his students add significant distance to their games. Max’s sports background and coaching style allows him to tap into his student’s athletic background in order to simplify the golf swing and streamline improvement.
